All reservations are taken over the telephone. No reservation is guaranteed until a credit card has been given to hold the equipment you desire. To guarantee your reservation, we do recommend that you reserve your inflatable jump early - especially if you have a theme. All equipment is rented for up to 8 hours. Payment in full is due the day of your event. Your zip code could be subject to a delivery fee. Multiple units being set-up at ONE location will be charged a set-up/take down fee.

Cancellation Policy:

We cannot afford to hold any equipment that has not been confirmed with a credit card as several customers are turned away daily due to units being reserved for particular dates and times. If you have to cancel for any reason please be advised you will be charged a cancellation fee. If an Inflatable Jump Rentals representative cancels your event due to rain or high winds then you will NOT be charged.

Preparation Prior to Our Arrival:

Please clear area of set-up for any debris such as acorns, excess leaves, stones of any kind, sticks, sand, and dog feces. The only piece of equipment you will need is ONE 3-prong ext. cord NTE 100 feet from the house. We do rent dependable generators for your convenience if needed.

Payment Upon Delivery:

Once set-up is complete you will be asked to read your lease agreement/liability waiver. Payment in the form of cash or check is preferred; however, if you would like to use your credit card given at time of reservation an additional 3% convenience fee will be added to your total bill. Your zip code could be subject to a delivery fee. Pricing does not include sales/rental tax.


Our drivers are dedicated to ensure your equipment is delivered on time, clean and safe. If you are happy with his services, gratuities are welcomed and appreciated.


If an attendant is needed for your event, the charge is $25.00 an hour to have each inflatable monitored.
